MEA's staff has extensive experience in electronic attachments, from inquiry, to implementation, to ongoing customer service, MEA professionals work closely with our clients. Our technical and customer support is unparalleled in the industry; MEA is committed to providing knowledgeable, friendly, and comprehensive service to providers and payors. Our service extends past implementation, we provide continuous service to improve your workflow, simplify insurance follow-up and exceed our client's expectations.
Payors utilizing the FastAttach™ system receive unlimited telephone support at no additional charge.
Each Payor will have on staff one or more "MEA Administrator(s)" who should be able to assist staff at the insurance company with MEA related problems. Also, we encourage you to call us at MEA to resolve any problems you might encounter.
A manual on how to use the MEA website is available upon request to MEA Support.
MEA FastAttach™ Minimum System Requirements:
- A Pentium desktop computer or workstation
- 256 megs of RAM or more
- 500 megs of free disk space or more
- Monitor and video card capable of 24 bit color in 800x600 resolution with default Windows size font
- IE6 or greater is required for viewing hosted images
- Windows 2000, XP, or above
- Broadband Internet Service
